SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Our Site is only intended for use by people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not accept automatically, orders from individuals outside of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland without a prior request. please use our contact us page or email: scarlettrosesensory@gmail.com.

The contents of each Sensory bag could vary. We make no guarantee that you will receive a particular product or colour of item in the package. Some of our suppliers’ products are only available in limited quantities, thus that they may not always be available in the future. The items in the boxes (apart from the sensory ribbons), are not manufactured by Scarlett Rose Sensory. We will update the website if a new product is introduced.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Your use of our products/service is at your sole risk. The items within our sensory bags /bundles boxes from Scarlett Rose Sensory are not sold as toys or teethers, therefore, they must always be used under adult supervision and only used for sensory purposes. All items should be checked thoroughly before each use. Babies and toddlers should not be allowed to mouth resources. General wear and tear may occur over time and items should be discarded if they break or deteriorate. Colours may run from scarves when wet and should be hand washed only. The colour and size of items may vary from pictures. We reserve the right at any time to remove any items from the Site.

Due to the nature of sensory play some items within our sensory boxes do not come CE marked or items such as foil blankets and scarves are not designed as toys. Please note, that we DO NOT advertise our sensory bags/ bundles or boxes as “toys” or the contents within. Some items included may contain an age recommendation (for example not suitable for under 3’s). The use of these items as stated,  are to be used as sensory aids only and under adult supervision. Scarlett Rose Sensory, under no circumstances, will we be held liable for any injury occurred from using our products. We strongly recommend that you familiarise yourself with Scarlett Rose Sensory’ disclaimer before purchasing from Scarlett Rose Sensory and it is your responsibility for deciding whether it is suitable for your child. Any CE marked items will come with the original tags.
