Returns

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard.

As most of our items are personalised and made to order we do not except returns or exchange.

Our products can be returned if they are proven to be faulty. If you feel you have received a faulty item, please get in touch and we will do our upmost to resolve any problem.

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure spelling is correct for any personalised item. Scarlett Rose Sensory cannot make amendments or accept cancellations, once you have completed payment.
